These Terms & Conditions govern the SMS/text messaging program operated by 704 Junk (Momentum Property Partners LLC), a junk removal service in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Program Description
When you opt in, 704 Junk will send you SMS/MMS text messages related to your junk removal request — including quote estimates, photo (MMS) confirmations, appointment scheduling, en-route notifications, reminders, and customer-care replies. This is a conversational customer-care program; we do not send promotional or marketing blasts.
How to Opt In
You consent to receive text messages from us by either:
- Submitting your phone number and checking the SMS consent checkbox on our quote request form at 704junk.com; or
- Texting our business number, (704) 459-5052, to request a quote.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your interactions with us (for example, quote replies, scheduling, and reminders for your appointment).
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. 704 Junk does not charge for the text messages; your mobile carrier's standard message and data rates apply.
Opt Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and then stop sending you texts. If you want to rejoin, reply START and we will resume messaging.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
